Into the most important and overlooked natural resource on earth, clean water. No water, no life... It all starts with water and as unloved as this sector has been for years now it only makes sense to have been or be a big time incremental buyer over the longer term (i.e. buy a little here, buy a little there, ya know). This is a buy it and forget you own it sector. By the time this is in vogue could've accumulated quite a position. These have been around this price range forever, low volume, probably some major league accumulation taken place over the last few years.

Then as far as disruptive technologies go the latest are here and have been for a while, yet are still just scratching the surface of their 'potential' like biotech, nanotech, robotics, telecom, storage, fuel cells & lasers. Any new disruptive tech that comes along will likely be developed within the realm of these types of technology.

AND can never have enough memory or speed, it is the enabler. Any leap forward here would lead to Quantum leaps everywhere else. Now that would be the ultimate disruptive technology - a better, easier and cheaper way that produces a leap in memory and speed.
